🌾 NSW, QLD, SA & WA – Harvest 2026 – Seasonal harvest operators & farm hands – Paid position

Seasonal harvest operators and farm hands are wanted for the 2026 grain harvest across a number of large-scale broadacre farming operations in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.

These are seasonal / contract positions, with the potential for ongoing work beyond harvest for the right people.

You’ll be working as part of experienced farm teams, operating modern machinery and helping with the day-to-day activities required to keep harvest moving.

The work may include

✅ Operating headers, tractors and other broadacre machinery
✅ Operating chaser bins and grain handling equipment
✅ Assisting with grain cartage and storage
✅ Conducting machinery pre-start checks
✅ Basic machinery maintenance
✅ General farm duties as required
✅ Working safely as part of a busy harvest team

Experience highly regarded

Previous experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• Header operation
• Chaser bin operation
• Tractor and machinery operation
• Grain handling
• Broadacre cropping
• Previous harvest work

Applicants should also have:

✅ A strong work ethic
✅ Ability to work extended hours during peak harvest periods
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Current driver’s licence
✅ Australian working rights
✅ Willingness to work in regional locations
