🌾 Redhill, Mid North SA – Mid October to mid/late December 2026 – Harvest cook – Paid position
A farming operation at Redhill in the Mid North of South Australia is urgently looking for a harvest cook to join a small crew for the 2026 harvest.
The position is available from approximately mid-October through to mid or late December 2026.
This opportunity has become available at short notice after the previously arranged cook was unable to continue, so the farm is keen to hear from anyone who may be available.
The role
The main duties will include:
✅ Preparing meals for a small harvest crew
✅ Helping keep the kitchen and meal areas organised
✅ Assisting with some general farm work if required
✅ Escorting farm machinery when needed
This would suit someone who is reliable, practical and comfortable working as part of a small farm team during the busy harvest period.
Previous harvest cooking, farm or rural experience would be helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to lend a hand are also important.
This is a paid seasonal position.
